Their leadership and know-how in applying information technology to the clinical operating room environment is critical to SIS’ mission and growth, and to accomplishing our strategic market objectives.
As CEO of SIS and a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Daihl is a proven executive with over two decades of success at building software and technology services companies into world-class solution providers. He is tasked with leading SIS to the forefront of the healthcare information systems industry, and is also responsible for developing SIS’ corporate direction, the business strategy needed to advance our mission and objectives, and for ensuring SIS’ revenue growth and profitability. Prior to joining SIS, Mr. Daihl served on the executive management team as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Pricing with Manugistics, a leading provider of enterprise revenue management, pricing and supply chain software solutions. In this capacity, he led Manugistics’ Revenue Management business unit to significant growth and profitability. Previous to his role at Manugistics, Mr. Daihl was president of CAPS Logistics, a provider of network design, routing and optimization software solutions.
SIS’ Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bruce Duner provides executive management and oversight of SIS’ financial operations. Mr. Duner brings more than 21 years of financial and management experience to SIS, having run financial operations for a variety of manufacturing, distribution, technology and healthcare firms. He joined SIS after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer with Mariner Health Care. While at Mariner, Mr. Duner oversaw all financial operations and due diligence exercises for multiple financing and acquisition transactions. Prior to Mariner, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Invensys / Wonderware Corporation. Mr. Duner began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from San Diego State University.
Chris Giglio leads SIS’ Client Operations organization in providing services including implementation, consulting, and support. He joined SIS from McKesson Provider Technologies, where he served as Division Vice President of Services and Technology. At McKesson he led the organization and growth of the company’s Program Management Office (PMO) and launched an innovative service offering that provided revenue cycle and clinical outcome improvements to physicians. Prior to McKesson, Mr. Giglio served as Managing Director for Cerner Corporation’s Accelerated Solutions Center (ASC), where he decreased product implementation time by 50%.
As Chief Technology Officer, Eric Nilsson leads development and product management at SIS. He joined the SIS executive team from Infor, where he was Vice President of Product Management, responsible for leading product management of the company’s SCM, CRM, CPM and EAM solution areas within Infor’s Strategic Solutions Group. Mr. Nilsson grew Infor’s SCM Solutions into an industry-leading supply chain software provider and launched the company’s Enterprise Service Bus-based integration. He is well versed in open systems (solution-to-solution) integration, product life-cycle management and UI modernization. Prior to Infor, Nilsson served in several key management positions overseeing product management, engineering, quality assurance and documentation.
Kermit Randa utilizes over 15 years of healthcare software, services and technology experience in his executive management role with the SIS sales and marketing teams. Having earned the American College of Healthcare Executive designation of Certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE), has earned an outstanding reputation for leading and building quality sales organizations. Prior to joining SIS, Mr. Randa was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Thomas, Thomas & Walsh (TT&W), a leading healthcare eligibility services company. Before TT&W, Mr. Randa held several management positions at EMC Corporation; including Director, U.S. Commercial Healthcare. While at EMC, he developed and executed the strategy for a sales team that dramatically grew EMC’s presence to several hundred million dollars in the small to mid-sized healthcare market. Mr. Randa received his Masters of Health Administration from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH.
As SIS’ Vice President of Development, Bobby Roberts has worked in several departments at SIS including customer care, quality assurance, application support, software development, and in his most recent position, as Director of Development for New Products. With his comprehensive knowledge of SIS’ surgical solutions, Mr. Roberts provides the company’s development team with direction and expertise in prototyping. His extensive knowledge of emerging technologies such as eCCOW and conflict checking add value to all of SIS’ solutions. Mr. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Florida.
With over 13 years of finance and accounting experience including five in the healthcare industry, Deborah Zumbado leads SIS’ finance and accounting operations. Prior to joining SIS, Ms. Zumbado spent three years with Integrated Pharmacy Solutions where she oversaw a 10-person team of accountants as the manager of financial planning and reporting. In addition, she served as Assistant Controller for MedQuest Associates. Ms. Zumbado is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Georgia State University.
