Business Analyst
The SIS Business Analyst will report to the Senior Vice President of Client Operations. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for working with all levels of management, including but not limited to Senior Executives, Directors, and Project Managers to optimize business performance by presenting data for the purposes of project profitability, revenue forecasts, hiring projections, and other investment opportunities throughout the Client Operations organization. The Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to transition into other positions throughout the organization, based on company need, and the candidate's career aspirations. Possible career tracks include Project Management, Implementation/Technical Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and manipulation through use of various software programs
- Development and presentation of data to decision-makers throughout the company
- Working with project teams to assist throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Root-cause analysis
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems (M.I.S.), Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- A desire to work with cutting edge technology and software
- Above average experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Must have strong facilitation, organizational, analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are essential
