Much of the value of an automated perioperative information system is found in the data that is extracted, measured and analyzed. SIS provides hospitals with the ability to access and report on that data, turning it into meaningful information from which they can make decisions regarding potential opportunities for improvement.
This 8-hour, instructor-led workshop builds on the participant's existing knowledge of Crystal Reports. The class focuses on intermediate reporting techniques within the SIS database schema. Participants will learn advanced formula construction and conditional formatting.
*Prerequisites: Working knowledge of relational databases, basic understanding of the SIS database schema, exposure to Crystal formulas, Crystal Reports parameters, ability to read/write basic SQL with a focus on SELECT statements.
