ATLANTA – Surgical Information Systems (SIS), a leading provider of feature-rich solutions covering the entire surgery and anesthesia care process, announced today that it successfully completed the healthcare industry’s week-long interoperability testing event; Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Connectathon.
The Connectathon is the healthcare IT industry's largest interoperability testing event. It annually promotes the adoption of IHE standards-based interoperability systems in commercially available healthcare IT systems. The Connectathon serves as an industry-wide testing event where participants can test their implementations with those of other vendors.
