ATLANTA – SIS, the leader in integrated surgery and anesthesia management systems, announced today the appointment of Kermit S. Randa as Senior Vice President of Sales. Randa comes to SIS with over 15 years of healthcare software, services and technology experience, and will report directly to Edward R. Daihl, CEO for SIS.

Randa, who has earned the American College of Healthcare Executive designation, Certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE), brings to SIS an outstanding reputation for leading and building quality sales organizations. He has a strong track record of working cross-functionally and motivating teams to optimize growth across high-tech markets supporting the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining SIS, Randa was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Thomas, Thomas & Walsh (TT&W), a leading healthcare eligibility services company. Before TT&W, Randa held several management positions at EMC Corporation; including Director, U.S. Commercial Healthcare. While at EMC, he developed and executed the strategy for a sales team that dramatically grew EMC’s presence to several hundred million dollars in the healthcare space. Previous to EMC, Randa served in strategic sales roles at Siemens Medical Systems, and as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Option Care, Inc. Randa received his Masters of Health Administration from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH.
