The SIS implementation methodology makes efficient use of clients’ time by keeping the team focused on the important tasks and by providing information when it is needed. Variance identification and control are incorporated to ensure project objectives are met. We strive to simplify the process of implementing a complex clinical system and in the end, provide a lower total cost of ownership and produce outcomes intentionally, efficiently, and consistently.
